The office of the dean is primarily concerned with trainee welfare while at the college. We work with various sections to ensure the needs of each trainee which are unique are met therefore supporting their academic success. The department has the following sections

The college has a guiding and Counseling team comprising of well-equipped staff. They provide support to trainees who are experiencing personal or academic challenges and intervene when students face behavioral, physical, or mental health challenges. The counselors often help trainees mediate conflicts with their peers, lecturers or parents. They also help special needs students integrate into classrooms.
The housekeeping section offers accommodation Services to trainees. The college has male and female hostels with spacious rooms . Room allocation is based on first come, first served basis. Only Bed and mattress is provided at an affordable price. Trainees who need accommodation are required to consult with the dean’s office before paying for the accommodation.
Drama, Music, Scouting, Christian Union (CU), Young Christian Association (YCS), Seventh Day Adventist (SDA), Islamic Association are clubs and societies trainees can participate in. To be a member of a club, a trainee is requested to contact the club officials and be registered.
The health Section has qualified staff, who provides first aide to students and staff when emergencies arise. They offer treatment to trainees and staff. Trainees with complications are referred to a nearby health facility. Trainees on medication are also monitored by the staff who offers counseling to them.
Our institution is blessed with the best sports facilities. This has made it excel in sports at the Regional and National Ball Games and Athletics Championships. Trainees participate in Soccer Men & Ladies, Handball Men & Women, Rugby, Netball, Volleyball Men & Women, Basketball Men and Women, Hockey Men and Women, indoor games and athletics at different levels.
The college has a vibrant student Union in place. Student leadership elections are held in the month of July of every year. The elected leaders are inducted into office and thereafter work hand in hand with the management and trainees to ensure college goals and objectives are realized.
It is headed by a Chief Security Officer. The section offers security services in the institution.
The college has a catering section which offers meals to staff and trainees. The cafeteria is a pay-as-you-eat (PAYE) system whereby trainees and staff buy their own meals at pocket friendly prices.
