Automotive Engineering Trainees after a lesson

The HOD with a section of trainees
The major objective of the department is to meet the requirements of the industries in the field of Mechanical and automotive Engineering. The Department is vibrant, due to dynamic and competent technical staff members, as well as our enthusiastic and hardworking trainees. Our staff members are trained at highly-reputable Universities and Colleges all over Kenya, with specialized knowledge and Skills that run the Mechanical Engineering.
The department has one workshop equipped with state-of-the-art and specialized equipment like wheel balancing machine, Automotive Electrical Circuit Trainer, Pneumatic Air Brake Trainer Truck Air Line Circuit, Automobile Exhaust Analyzer to mention but a few. Our Craft and Diploma trainees acquire a good balance of theoretical background and practical experience throughout their course of study therefore this enables them to acquire practical skills necessary to begin working effectively in Engineering firms immediately after completion.
Our trainees not only attain quality training but are also exposed to the industry through Practicums, academic trips and attachments. As a result, they easily get employment in a wide range of areas and the employers are satisfied with the performance of our graduates.
